We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to lead our IT security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect our organizationssets from cyber threats. Essential Role Responsibilities Security Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a robust information security strategy aligned with organizational goals. Policy and Procedure Management:
Establish, enforce, and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of IT security professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities. Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the organization. Security Technology Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and antivirus software. Stay current with emerging security technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains protected against new threats. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations. Communicate security risks and strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Certifications:
CISSP, CISM, CISA (or equivalent). Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years in information security, with at least three (3) years in a managerial role. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful security programs. Technical Skills:
Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., CIS) and best practices. Proficiency with security technologies and tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM systems, and encryption methods. Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and application security. Other Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands
This position may require occasional on-call duties and availability for emergency response. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
