Vice President of Global Operations

Responsibilities

Oversee global operations, including supply chain, vendor management, and tech infrastructure.

Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability for SaaS platforms.

Lead cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.

Monitor KPIs to ensure cost efficiency and operational reliability.

Partner with engineering and product teams to support rapid innovation.

Qualifications

10+ years of operations experience, with 5+ years in tech leadership.

Proven success in supply chain optimization or tech infrastructure management.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams.

Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Lean methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree; Lean/Six Sigma or advanced degree a plus.
