Alpha isn’t a traditional school. Students here finish core academics in just two hours a day using AI-powered apps. The rest of the day is real-world skills—public speaking, critical thinking, team challenges, and projects that actually matter. No lectures. No busywork. Just accelerated learning and top 1% results nationwide. This model demands a different kind of parent partnership—and that’s where you come in. You will be the face of your campus, leading the charge to grow enrollment, trust, and advocacy. You’ll host powerful info sessions, forge deep relationships in the community, and convert interest into waitlist momentum. You’ll also be the go-to for families throughout their Alpha journey—addressing concerns, building loyalty, and turning parents into outspoken champions of the model. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with clear stakes. You’ll be embedded in one campus, on-site most of the time, driving real outcomes—not just following a script. Hiring For These Campuses CA: San Francisco, Santa Barbara FL: Miami NC: Charlotte NY: New York City TX: Austin VA: Chantilly What You Will Be Doing Owning the full parent relationship—from first inquiry through ongoing engagement—for one campus Hosting compelling info sessions and 1:1 conversations that convert curious parents into committed advocates Serving as the primary parent point of contact—resolving concerns, deepening satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels heard and supported after joining Alpha Building visibility and trust through frequent on-site presence, local partnerships, and strategic outreach Activating parent champions to amplify referrals and community influence What You Won’t Be Doing Relying on scripted sales tactics or transactional outreach Delegating relationship-building to campus staff or taking a background role Letting organized parent groups dictate or dilute Alpha’s educational model Sitting behind a desk—this role is deeply embedded in the parent experience and community Director Of Parent Engagement & Advocacy Key Responsibilities Drive enrollment and retention at your campus by leading high-trust parent relationships from first contact through long-term satisfaction and advocacy. Basic Requirements Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Miami, FL; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; or Chantilly, VA. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high-expectation learning model About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
