As a Locum CRNA, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients, collaborating closely with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals. Your role is crucial in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and complications
Provide post-anesthesia care and evaluate patient recovery
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Document anesthesia care and maintain accurate patient records
Participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
Associate degree in Nursing or a related field
Current CRNA certification and valid nursing license
Experience in anesthesia practice preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Flexibility to adapt to changing clinical situations
Flexible Schedule: 8-hour shifts available Monday-Friday
No call requirement
Patient Census: 10 per shift
100% GI cases
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
