The Sales Associate ensures every customer has the best experience in every LensCrafters store, setting the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear. This role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Use optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings. Assist customers in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and coordinating frames with prescriptions. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed. Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff. Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic math skills Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy Strong sales skills and accountability for results, with a desire to meet goals Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment LensCrafters is part of Luxottica, a leader in fashion, luxury, and sports eyewear.
