Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance deal facilitation and improve customer experience

Manage complex escalations and resolve sales process issues

Oversee bug reporting and enhancement requests for the Salesforce CPQ tool

Partner with stakeholders to define product, pricing, and deal evaluation strategies

Establish KPIs and evaluate performance to support deal automation technology development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in business, operations, consulting, or technology

Experience with lead-to-cash processes and platforms

3 years of experience with Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) software or relevant systems

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel

Outstanding analytical skills and ability to influence change across functional groups

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Admin

Experience with Salesforce.com, Power BI, Tableau, AWS

Ability to build reports in Salesforce and Power BI
