Job Summary The Director Strategic Access Programs leads the strategic planning, program management, and execution of enterprise‑wide access and capacity initiatives. This role translates organizational objectives into innovative, large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment with long‑term strategic goals. The Director collaborates with program sponsors, physician, practice, and service line leaders as well as patient access leaders, revenue cycle, IT, and other stakeholders to develop and implement transformative solutions for patient access. They develop enterprise‑wide standards, oversee project execution, and drive cross‑departmental coordination to achieve organizational targets. The Director fosters a goal‑oriented environment, promotes staff development, and represents the Access team in both internal and external forums as we advance enterprise initiatives.
Experience
Eight (8) years of supervisory and/or management experience in a healthcare setting within a healthcare setting required.
Previous experience in physician group practice and ancillary scheduling workflows is preferred.
Previous experience in project management or business analysis; healthcare consulting experience strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required.
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business preferred; Master's Degree preferred.
Special Skills
Epic Cadence Certifications preferred.
