Cybersecurity GTM Recruiter | Advocate | Neuroscientist
Location flexible within the Southeast U.S (Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina).
We are representing a high-growth Series A cybersecurity startup looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead enterprise expansion across the Southeast. Backed by Tier 1 VC's, this company is redefining how modern SOCs detect and respond to threats.
Founded by a serial entrepreneur with multiple previous exits, the business is entering a major growth phase, and this is your chance to get in early with a proven leadership team.
What we’re looking for:
Strong track record selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions (must have sold into large organisations).
Deep understanding of SOC/SIEM environments.
Familiarity with MDR, XDR, EDR, or adjacent security offerings (desirable).
Confident, strategic, and self-driven with established C‑suite relationships.
Based in Florida, Georgia, or the Carolinas, with some travel across the region.
Be part of a high‑momentum startup with a major funding milestone (multi‑million Series A).
The founder and leadership team have strong traction, deep domain expertise & ambitious growth plans.
Opportunity to shape the regional GTM and build a high‑performing sales region in a fast‑evolving security segment.
Attractive compensation package: base, commission, and equity upside at a growth company.
