Position Overview
SNR Law Group, PC is a boutique law firm that provides exceptional legal services in real estate, unlawful detainers, business, and general outside counsel. We are offering a full‑time Real Estate Paralegal position based in Tustin, California.
Key Responsibilities
Manage attorney calendars, case deadlines, and court schedules.
Create, organize, and maintain electronic client files and case management systems.
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in compliance with California court rules.
Draft and manage documents related to unlawful detainer and real estate litigation matters.
Prepare and review transactional real estate documents and correspondence.
Coordinate service of process, subpoenas, and court filings.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and client communications.
Conduct legal research and manage discovery production.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in real estate and/or civil litigation.
Strong understanding of California Civil Procedure and local court filing requirements.
Excellent drafting, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
Proficiency with case management software (Clio preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required if experience is sufficient.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
PTO, Paid Holidays, and Paid Sick Leave in accordance with California law.
