This is a full‑time position working with Windows environments, Office 365, and ticketing systems, with a heavy focus on hardware troubleshooting and end‑user support.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of experience in IT support (internship or help desk experience acceptable)
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (password resets, mailbox management, Teams, SharePoint)
Familiarity with hardware setup, imaging, and repair (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals)
Experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user creation, group management)
Exposure to networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
A+ or other entry‑level certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
Experience supporting remote or hybrid employees

Daily Responsibilities
