We’re inviting motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Inside Sales Representative training opportunities beginning in January 2026.

Pay Details
Starting base salary $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings $55K-$75K through base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents can earn up to $85K+.
Job Details
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, match the correct coverages, and convert leads into policyholders.

Training & Schedule
16‑18 week paid training (licensed hires 16 weeks, unlicensed 18 weeks).
Comprehensive medical benefits from day 1.
No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Work schedule: 4 weekday + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning to evening (example 11 am–8 pm CST) minimum 12 months before shift change.
Work from home with dedicated workspace, wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication with prospects and customers.
Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
