Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada & Utah. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11 am‑8 pm (CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. Work at home requires a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite or mobile internet services.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
