Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm, overtime on weekends as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to union guidelines.
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Certification in OSHA safety standards or similar workplace safety training.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and coordinate with team members.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in all assigned areas.
- Sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies and ensuring fixtures are clean and functional.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and union regulations while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other janitorial staff and facility management to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.
