Commercial Property Manager
Direct Hire
We seek an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial space. This role involves managing tenant relations, maintaining the propertys physical condition, and managing building budgets to optimize occupancy and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Maintain tenant relations and general property maintenance Manage critical building systems, including HVAC, security access, elevators, and fire/life safety systems. Prepare and monitor property budgets. Track expenses and income related to properties and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years managing commercial office properties. An Arizona Real Estate License is required. Knowledge of Yardi property management software.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing tenant and vendor relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.
