Job Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership and strategic support to both field operations and corporate leadership teams across the U.S.
Partner with sales and operations teams to support client negotiations and business development efforts through cost analysis and proposal support
Lead preparation and review of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and key performance indicators
Drive variance analysis, financial modeling, and insightful reporting for decision‑making support
Assist with monthly close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
Monitor and analyze project‑level performance, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and profitability goals
Develop internal and external reports that clearly communicate financial results and trends
Participate in financial audits and ensure timely documentation for internal controls and compliance
Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Maintain a strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and cost accounting methodologies
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CPA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience, ideally within a high‑growth, multi‑state organization
Proficient in GAAP, project accounting, job costing, and financial reporting
Prior experience with financial systems such as Workday Finance and Adaptive Insights a strong plus
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate financial concepts effectively to non‑financial stakeholders
Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and time‑management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” environment
