We are seeking a
Dental Front Office Coordinator
to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.
What we’ll offer you:
Compensation starting at $24/hour and will increase based on experience

Schedule
Monday: 8:30am - 3:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Responsibilities
Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority
Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures
Ability to learn insurance benefits and dental claim processing
Manage patient documents and records
Process and complete claim forms
Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience
Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients
Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
Participates and contributes to a positive work environment
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience working in a Dental Front Office role
Strong knowledge of Dental operations
Knowledge in dental insurance benefits
Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
Knowledge of Eaglesoft a plus!
