We are looking for an experienced
Dental Front Office Coordinator
to join our private practice in Auburn Hills, MI. If you want to be part of a practice with a family dynamic where our employees are long tenured and diverse then look no further!
What we’ll offer you:
Compensation starting at $23-$26/hr and may increase based on experience and skills

Office Schedule: We offer a great work/life balance by providing a 4-5 day work week!
Monday: 8:30am - 7pm
Tuesday: 8:15am - 6pm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 3pm
Thursday: 8:15am - 5pm
Friday: TBD
Saturday: 8:30am - 3pm (once per month)
Sunday: Off
Responsibilities
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Present treatment plans and collect payments.
Arrange payment plans for patients.
Knowledge of dental insurance verification.
Qualifications
Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
Knowledge of Dental Insurance and Treatment planning is preferred but open to training someone.
Knowledge or willingness to learn dental operations.
Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
