As an

Account Manager , you'll be the main commercial contact for your portfolio of clients in the

UK market . You'll focus on building long-term relationships that support their success and ours. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction, grow partnerships through upselling, and secure contract renewals.

Main Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build lasting partnerships

Deeply understand their needs and uncover upsell opportunities. Be the Odoo adviser they rely on!

Drive growth by identifying future sales potential and guiding customers towards the right Odoo package

Showcase new apps, features, and versions through impactful product demonstrations

Secure contract renewals and upgrade agreements, from monthly plans to multi-year commitments

Requirements

Business Degree

(Bachelor or Master)

Experience on the IT UK market

Strong organizational skills: you will have around 150 clients to manage!

0 to 3 years of exp. in IT/Sales

Ability to learn quickly

Knowledge of French is a strong asset

You'll work directly with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs from businesses of all sizes, helping them transform the way they operate. By understanding their challenges, you'll provide tailored solutions that deliver real impact.

What we offer Permanent Contract A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
