Position Overview
Gallatin College seeks qualified individuals to provide non‑tenure level instruction and related functions for the Phlebotomy program. The successful candidate will teach courses on blood and specimen collection, safety protocols, and related skills within a small classroom environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver instructional materials, lessons, and assessments for the Phlebotomy curriculum.
- Engage diverse student populations and colleagues within and outside the department.
- Maintain accurate course records and provide feedback to students.
- Contribute to the academic success of students and support the mission of Gallatin College and Montana State University.
Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills
- Appropriate Allied Health credential in Phlebotomy or related field with at least 2 years of work experience utilizing all aspects of blood and specimen collection.
- Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills
- Prior teaching experience.
- Understanding of the two‑year college mission.
