Administrative Associate / Administrative Assistant

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to managing phone calls, new hire onboarding support, procurement of goods and services, submitting purchase requisitions, ordering supplies as it relates to cotton seed processing and other site needs.
  • Responsible to provide administrative support for the Seed Production facility through extensive communication and organizational skills.
  • Expected to be familiar with policies, procedures and computer applications required at the site to ensure accurate data entries of seed conditioning, production, daily consumptions, and payroll management tasks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Skills: Administrative support, SAP, Procurement/purchase orders and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SAP experience is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Knowledge in procurement and experience with purchase orders is preferred.
  • Ability to manage daily office functions.
  • Ability to function well with short timelines and multiple activities.
  • Demonstrated experience and competency in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Significant organization awareness.
  • Minimum HS Diploma or GED.
  • This is a 2nd SHIFT position - 3pm - 12:30am.
