Shift: 3pm-12:30am

Typical day as an Administrative Assistant

  • Providing daily administrative support/functions, including managing phone calls and new hire onboarding support.
  • Assisting in the procurement of goods and services, submitting purchase requisitions, and ordering supplies related to cotton seed processing and other site needs.
  • Ensuring accurate data entries for seed conditioning, production, daily consumptions, and payroll management tasks.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you

  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Possess SAP experience and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have knowledge in procurement and experience with purchase orders, with the ability to manage daily office functions effectively.
