Job Description
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Lead and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Maintain strong client relationships and address project concerns promptly. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
