Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting global collaboration with engineering teams from various regions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$55/hr DOE plus benefits/OT
What's the Job?
Lead industrialization efforts from a production perspective during program launches
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers under contract management plans
Identify and implement process improvements using change management tools
Develop and deliver manufacturing methods aligned with lean and DES principles
Plan and execute new product trials and resolve complex inefficiencies
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
5-10 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial engineering
Strong skills in project planning, process development, and technical operations including development of standards, capacity modeling, workload studies, etc.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. QAD), MS 365, MS Project, AutoCAD 2019 working with master files
Experience with contract coordination, negotiation, and resource planning
