Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in advanced process engineering, is seeking a Heat Treatment Engineer to join their dedicated team. As a Heat Treatment Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting process optimization and quality assurance initiatives. What's the Job?
Design and improve heat treatment processes to enhance product quality and efficiency
Conduct engineering inspections and feasibility testing to ensure compliance with standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization
Lead technical support for core manufacturing processes and ensure safety and quality standards are met
Manage small to medium-scale projects, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project goals
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
6-10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with a focus on heat treatment or related processes
Strong skills in data analysis, process design, and engineering implementation
Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to team members
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental policies, with a commitment to safety and compliance
