Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Compensation Package
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000 (depending on experience) + commissions. Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including some accounts exceeding $10,000 in premium. Quote new and renewal business (approximately 50/50 split). Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of accounts and workload distribution. Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and documentation. Work closely with carriers to provide tailored insurance solutions. Qualifications/Requirements
Experience : 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred (candidates with captive experience will also be considered). Licensing : Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Technical Skills : Proficiency in agency management software is preferred. Soft Skills : Dependable, detail-oriented, and excellent customer service skills. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
