Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in personal and commercial insurance lines who thrives in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage personal lines accounts, including processing endorsements and renewals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Quote new and renewal business as needed. Collaborate with Account Managers and other team members to ensure seamless account management. Maintain accurate records and documentation in AMS360 software. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in personal and/or commercial insurance lines preferred. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
