Job Summary The HR PMO Manager will lead and oversee strategic HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient execution. As a newly created role, this position serves as a central hub for HR project governance, standardization, and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, critical thinking, and strategic insight to help shape the future of HR operations. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives • Develop and manage full-scale project plans, timelines, and milestones Governance & Standardization • Establish and enforce project management standards, tools, and templates • Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned Stakeholder Management • Communicate project expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members • Liaise with leadership to prioritize HR initiatives and ensure strategic alignment Resource & Risk Management • Estimate and allocate resources effectively, including external consultants and vendors • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Reporting & Analytics • Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance metrics • Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of experience in HR project management or PMO leadership • Strong understanding of HR functions, systems, and compliance • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira) • Intermediate to expert-level Excel skills • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Team & Culture Fit • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable in a collaborative, idea-driven environment • Willing to contribute beyond traditional project tasks-this role emphasizes thought leadership and strategy
