Job Summary:
We are currently in search of a dynamic Project/Program Manager on a contract basis to lead critical initiatives within our Finance and Strategy department. The ideal candidate effectively manages end-to-end project cycles with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering employee engagement through intuitive SharePoint sites and various program supports. This role emphasizes thorough project management discipline, requiring adeptness in handling risks, dependencies, milestones, and aligning multi-stakeholder projects to strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, build, and rollout of the Finance & Strategy SharePoint site, ensuring content migration and user engagement. Support tactical execution of the Recognition Program and various employee engagement initiatives, alongside larger Finance & Strategy projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and communicating updates effectively. Escalate project risks and issues as needed, ensuring projects remain on track. Create and maintain documentation for process standards and lessons learned, enhancing project repeatability and smooth transitions.
Must-Have Skills:
Lead the design, build, and rollout of the Finance & Strategy SharePoint site, ensuring content migration and user engagement.
