Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead the Technical Candidate Assessment (TCA) Program and PMO Execution, focusing on building integrated project plans and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. You'll work closely with TA leadership to refine success metrics and KPIs, leverage data to inform strategy, and drive effective change management across the organization. The role requires partnering with various teams to improve recruitment processes, tooling, and stakeholder engagement, aiming for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the TCA program, including strategy, milestones, RAID, and action logs. Develop and maintain project plans that align with the TCA strategy and organizational goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, including HRBPs, Legal, and Enablement. Lead change management initiatives, creating stakeholder maps and impacting analysis. Collaborate with technical teams to refine tools and processes, ensuring effective UAT and governance.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in program management within TA/HR or talent management. Strong skills in communication, both written and visual storytelling. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Experience in consulting for AI and SaaS industries is required. Prior work with global engineering teams, specifically in software, machine learning, and AI domain.
