Business Development Manager - Transactions & Advisory Group
Location: NYC or NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid
Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 + comprehensive benefits
Glenmont Group's client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to support its Transactional & Advisory Group. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate closely with partners to shape and execute business development strategies that elevate the firm's profile and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with attorneys to lead strategic marketing initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and develop key client relationships.
Lead profile-raising efforts through award submissions, media engagement, thought leadership, and events.
Support high-level pitches, proposals, and pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing and finance teams.
Mentor junior BD staff, while serving as the go-to advisor for cross-functional marketing needs. What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in business development or marketing in a professional services setting (law firm preferred).
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
