About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Customer Support Specialist

to join our client's team in Hillsboro, OR. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to learn or someone with 1-3 years of customer support experience. You'll play a key part in supporting both

B2B and B2C customers , ensuring smooth operations from order entry to shipping.

Key Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Generate and manage invoices Create and maintain reports using basic Excel functions Coordinate shipping logistics and ensure timely deliveries Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries and provide updates Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus 0-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, filtering) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
