Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client's team in Cranberry Township, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of office tasks and is eager to learn and grow within our company.
Responsibilities
Enter and code invoices for processing
Perform general computer and data entry tasks
Manage emails and handle phone communications professionally
Assist with mailing, filing, and file maintenance
Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills
Sales order invoicing
Assist with supply sourcing, ordering, and event planning/setup
Qualifications
At least 2 years previous accounts payable experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Pay Details:
$19.00 to $22.00 per hour
