driven and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist

to join their team. This is a

contract-to-hire

role with strong potential for long-term growth and stability. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes Perform

3-way matching

of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end close and reporting Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of AP experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of

3-way matching

and invoice processing Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience: Exposure to manufacturing or distribution industries Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Ready to Take the Next Step?

Pay Details:

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
