What You'll Be Doing: Manage accounting for multiple properties, including monthly financial reporting Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and tenant transactions Process accounts payable and receivable related to property operations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Collaborate with property managers and internal teams to ensure financial accuracy Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards What We're Looking For: 2+ years of property accounting experience Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi, MRI, QuickBooks, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Motivated, positive attitude with a passion for accuracy and improvement Ready to Apply?
