LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist job opportunity for an East Bay company located in San Francisco, California. The job is 100% in-office. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience with full cycle Accounts Payable. The role will be responsible for processing the day to day AP workflow, coding, approving invoices, processing expense reports, account reconciliations, set up new vendors, maintain W-9 filing, and assist in projects as assigned.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree would be preferred - Strong full cycle Accounts Payable experience - Industry experience in a non-profit organization preferred - Software experience with Bill.com would be highly preferred - Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate, Word & Outlook) - Excellent communications and strong customer service skills - Attention to detail, comfortable with a fast pace, and organized

Pay Details:

$29.00 to $34.00 per hour
