Job Description
Oversee daily jobsite operations from mobilization through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using project management software Mentor and lead field crews to ensure productivity and professionalism MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Proven success managing ground-up and/or interior finish-out projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office OSHA 30 certification preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills What's on Offer
