We are GROWING and with that we're seeking an experienced Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to take the lead on complex employment cases and drive them to successful resolution. What You'll Do
Lead complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, exercising full case ownership and strategic direction
Draft and argue dispositive motions and represent clients at hearings with confidence and precision
Oversee all aspects of discovery , including depositions, written discovery, and case strategy development
Supervise and collaborate with junior attorneys and contract counsel, providing mentorship and guidance
Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation , bringing cases to the best possible outcome for clients
Coordinate with the principal attorney on overall case direction and firm strategy
What You Bring Required Qualifications
Active California Bar license in good standing
610+ years of civil litigation experience (employment law strongly preferred)
Proven ability to handle cases independently with sound judgment and strategic thinking
Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and communication skills that win cases and earn client trust
Trial and arbitration experience highly valued
Preferred Qualifications
Plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
Familiarity with case management and litigation tools such as Smokeball, Clio, Relativity, or similar platforms
Compensation & Benefits Salary : $165,000$175,000 per year, commensurate with experience
