Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy sessions targeting language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to ensure holistic patient care. Provide education for patients and their families to encourage progress beyond clinical settings. Facilitate necessary inpatient assessments and interventions while maintaining seamless care throughout the treatment process. Ensure meticulous documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational compliance standards. Pursue continuous learning and professional development through educational opportunities and peer engagement. Education
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is incomplete. Certifications
Current state license as a
Speech Language Pathologist . Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment commencement. Skills
