Housing Case Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Housing Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in Downtown San Diego. This position will be a contract-to-hire opportunity and a full-time, Monday-Friday position.

This role will be focused on supporting a caseload of individuals with several services, including healthcare and behavioral health, financial, employment and most importantly housing services. Program participants on the caseload will be experiencing homelessness and potentially mental health and/or substance abuse ailments, so interested candidates must feel comfortable working with this population.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years case management/social services experience Bilingual English/Spanish desired (not required) Proficient in HMIS and Microsoft Office Skills

Excellent ability to build rapport with others while maintaining professional boundaries Can work well in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as needed Tech savvy and can work within multiple software systems throughout the day Detail-oriented and accurate within note-taking duties Strong communciation skills, both in-person and over the phone Pay Details:

$23.00 to $26.00 per hour
