MIG/TIG Welder I

Overview Are you a recent graduate from technical school looking to dive into your first welding opportunity? Do you have some hands on experience, but are hungry to learn more? Then don't miss out on this opportunity to join our team!
The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of welding techniques and be comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings. This role is essential to support the prefabrication of commercial building.
Duties for a Welder Interpret and analyze shop drawings to determine welding requirements. Gather, measure, and cut various materials. Pre-assemble and weld panels and structures. Utilizing overhead cranes and jigs to transport materials. Performing MIG and TIG style welds on various materials. Experience
1+ year experience with MIG and/or TIG Welding. Comfortability with blueprint reading and basic understanding of welding codes and standards. Experience operating overhead cranes, and other heavy machinery safely. Trade school/vocational education in a related field. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Requires OSHA 10 certification/ General Industries (willing to train) OTHER: Welding test given. Position requires background check, physical, respirator, drug and hearing test Benefits for a Welder:
