About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Transaction Advisory Services to spearhead comprehensive transaction engagements. In this role, you will oversee crucial buy-side and sell-side due diligence, steer financial modeling, and shape deal structuring and integration planning strategies.
As a trusted advisor to private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and lenders, you will provide invaluable insights into value enhancement, risk management, operational synergies, and successful post-transaction outcomes. Your role extends to developing and executing our growth strategy for the practice, which includes:
Building and nurturing a robust network of senior-level relationships
Driving business development initiatives and expanding your book of business
Leading teams of professionals while ensuring the highest standards of project delivery, quality assurance, and profitability
We require a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field (an MBA or CPA is highly preferred) and a wealth of experience—12 years or more—in accounting, advisory, M&A, or due diligence roles within a large professional services or investment banking environment.
A proven history of successfully leading complex transactions and advising on purchase agreements, financial statement analyses, and team management, along with the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes, is vital for this position. Additionally, strong leadership and client-facing skills, advanced proficiency in financial modeling, and mastery of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) are required.
