Senior Project Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Lantana, FL. There will be no out of state travel required; only South Florida area.
Experience Required: 10-15 years in
commercial construction
(retail, ground-up, tenant fit-outs).
Residential experience not relevant
for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
multiple projects
(2-3 small, 1-2 medium, or 1 large).
Handle
scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination .
Review plans/specs to build milestone schedules.
Work with subcontractors and coordinators from start to finish.
Technical Skills:
Must know
Procore
(project management software).
Estimating experience is a plus.
Comfortable using
Outlook, Excel, and Word .
Location & Schedule:
Based in
Lantana, South Florida .
Mix of
office and site visits ; typically start at
7:30 AM .
Schedule is flexible depending on project needs.
Professional Traits:
Organized, safety-conscious, and able to
self-manage .
Communicates well with clients and teams via
calls, emails, texts .
Professional but not overly formal.
Compensation:
$125,000-$145,000 base salary , plus
bonus potential .
No travel out of state
required;
no benefits
included.
Candidate Preferences:
Must have a
stable work history
(ideally 4-5 years at previous firms).
Candidates with short tenures (1-2 years) will not be considered.
