Job Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Senior Accountant for one of our long‑time clients located in San Francisco, California. This position is in Downtown San Francisco (Near Montgomery Bart Station) and will be in‑office every day.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of tenured experience in accounting with strong general ledger skills. Solid experience with month and year‑end close, preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis, balance sheet account reconciliations, fixed assets and depreciation, prepare journal entries, process accounts payable, and work on additional project and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related is required
Comfortable working in a small collaborative family office environment would be preferred
Excellent experience in accounting knowing your debits and credits
Ability to identify and resolve problems and discrepancies
Software experience with SAGE would be helpful and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel – Advanced)
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Comfortable being hands‑on and rolling up your sleeves and getting into the work
Excellent time management skills, analytical, and meet deadlines
Experience 5 years of tenured experience (Senior Accountant, Staff Accountant, Full Charge Bookkeeper)

Pay Details $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
