Job Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This includes managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with project managers and clients. The Successful Applicant
Location: Must be local to Northern Virginia
Experience: 8+ years in commercial construction with a mix of project types (not limited to interiors or multi-family)
Project Scope: Proven success managing ground-up projects valued between $30M and $200M+
Skills: Strong scheduling, safety management, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing communication
Culture Fit: Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to quality and collaboration
