HR Generalist Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 About the Opportunity A growing, people-focused organization in Orlando is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance while helping to shape a positive and inclusive company culture. Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist Administer weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with wage and hour laws Maintain employee payroll records and prepare reports related to deductions and taxes Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k) Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and enrollment Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers Assist in resolving employee relations matters with fairness and consistency Manage onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation processes Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Ensure accurate recordkeeping and personnel file maintenance Support HR programs related to performance management, engagement, and training initiatives Partner with leadership to improve processes and drive positive workplace culture Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 4+ years of experience in HR generalist or HR administration roles Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (such as BambooHR, ADP, or similar) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) Experience supporting a workforce in both office and field environments Why You'll Love Working Here Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays and flexible PTO Collaborative, mission-driven environment that values people and professional growth This is a great opportunity for an HR Generalist who wants to take ownership of HR operations and make a meaningful impact within a stable and growing organization. #TJ-LI1 #CFSOCT2025
