Our established client, a leading civil contractor with a proven track record of success, is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee multiple heavy civil projects. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional ready to take ownership of key infrastructure work and drive excellence in project delivery.
Project Manager Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary of $115,000–$125,000
$2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days
Monthly commission and annual bonus opportunities

Project Manager Responsibilities
Manage multiple civil construction projects concurrently
Estimate and oversee earthwork, grading, demolition, and utility projects, including take-offs, pricing, and production scheduling
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, update schedules, and review costs with superintendents
Manage profit and loss for assigned projects through weekly cost reviews
Oversee all phases of project management—safety, scheduling, billings, cost reviews, change orders, and vendor coordination
Work closely with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and long-term partnership success
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Bid2Win, and PlanSwift for project management and estimating
Project Manager Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in civil construction estimating and project management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, site concrete, and structural concrete
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field teams
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
