Speech Language Pathologist - Monroe, NC
Job Type: Part-time and full-time
Shift: Monday-Friday (8 AM to 5 PM)
Setting: Home Health / Field-based Pay: $ 80k-88k / Annually (Full-time includes benefits)
Location: Monroe, NC, and Albemarle, NC
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy in both individual and group settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Current North Carolina state license in Speech-Language Pathology Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children (preferred) Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
