1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 40 hours/week Job Summary: We are seeking a
Manufacturing Technician
to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment while supporting engineering experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves performing assembly and testing, supporting quality investigations, and ensuring compliance with
Quality Standards
and safety procedures. This is a hands-on position requiring collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and promote a
safe work environment
and respond to hazards Meet
quality, efficiency, and safety standards
consistently Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex production equipment Read and interpret
blueprints and schematics
for calibration and assembly Apply working knowledge of test equipment within operations Report non-conformances and complete documentation (NCEs, DHRs) Participate in
root cause investigations
and troubleshooting efforts Execute and sustain
5S practices
within work area Complete training requirements and maintain accurate training records Conduct Oracle system transactions to support inventory and work orders Retrieve documentation using
Oracle and Agile PLM systems Maintain punctual attendance and support overtime as needed Physical Demands:
Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching required Lifting/moving products up to 40 lbs. Exposure to
mechanical parts, vibration, noise, hazardous chemicals, high voltage electronics, and radiation Ability to work in
clean room, controlled environments, or dark rooms Safety shoes with impact/compression protection required Required Experience:
0-1 years in a manufacturing or technician role Education: High School diploma/GED or Associate's degree Experience with Oracle ERP or Agile PLM is beneficial Required Skills:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive) Ability to follow detailed written procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Effective written and verbal communication Preferred Skills:
ERP/PLM systems familiarity (Oracle/Agile) Team-based problem-solving and continuous improvement participation Additional Skills:
Inventory transaction processing Calibration tasks with engineers Troubleshooting support for manufacturing processes Benefits:
