We are seeking a
Manufacturing Technician
to support production operations by operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex equipment to ensure products meet all quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate has
previous manufacturing experience , a strong
work ethic , and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
This position involves collaboration with engineers, quality, and leadership teams to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Working Hours
Shift:
1st shift, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Overtime:
Available as needed Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot
complex production equipment to ensure product quality and efficiency. Perform equipment
setup and calibration
in coordination with engineering teams. Support rework, testing, and inspection processes following quality standards. Collect and analyze operating data to make on-line adjustments to products or equipment. Follow all
standard operating procedures
(SOPs) to maintain the highest safety and quality levels. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams on operational improvements. Participate in
root cause investigations
and implement corrective actions. Complete work order transactions using
Oracle
and
Agile
systems. Maintain accurate
inventory transactions
and documentation. Support
5S initiatives
and continuous improvement processes. Adhere to production schedules and attendance expectations. Physical Requirements
Ability to
lift or carry up to 40 lbs . Frequent
standing, walking, reaching, and kneeling . Exposure to
moving mechanical parts, vibration, and moderate noise . Occasional exposure to
hazardous materials
(IPA, acetone, selenium, chrome). Ability to work safely in
clean room, controlled environment, or dark room
settings. PPE provided for all operations to ensure a safe workplace. Required Experience
High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree a plus). 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environments. Basic understanding of
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive). Ability to
read and follow written procedures , schematics, and blueprints. Strong
attention to detail , accuracy, and communication skills. Capable of working
independently and as part of a team . Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience using
Oracle ERP
or
Agile Product Lifecycle Management
systems. Familiarity with
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
handling best practices. Prior clean room or precision assembly experience. Required Skills
