Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the production and continuous improvement teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Painesville, OH
Pay Range:
$100,000-$110,000 annually
What's the Job?
Developing and implementing supplier quality control procedures
Conducting comprehensive supplier audits
Driving corrective actions related to supplier quality issues
Overseeing the Approved Vendor List
Supporting the calibration and documentation systems
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in quality engineering or supplier quality
Experience with AS 9100 or other relevant quality standards
Proficiency in quality management analysis tools
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC)
Proficiency in supplier audit methodologies
